The Underworld: THE MOST CHEAP FIRST LEVEL IN THE HISTORY OF GAMING!!! ... I mean... you've rather weak when you start off, so kill as much enemies as you can. The game has a hidden level-up system that will reward you with more health. It probably won't happen until the next level, though.
