So I beat Bravely Default and it gave me Bravely+, So I started playing it and its the same thing as the normal version can someone tell what the difference is or if there is one?

    New Game+ isn't actually any different than the first playthrough, but you can start over, keeping items, levels, etc. from your first playthrough. Basically, you could start a game at Lv. 99 with all jobs at Lv. 14, that kind of thing.
