    you have a good team here but you will need a moderately leveled white mage and default 4 times beacause chaugmar will transform on the 3rd default and unleash an incredibly powerful attack on the fourth default you need a white mage so you can heal after he unleashes his attack and I would reccomend tiz being a knight and ringabel a monk so tiz can protect ringabel because monks have low defense

    ringabel needs to be a monk because they are hard hitters and you need to deal a lot of damage in a short amount of time. if you have a high level monk there is an ability that allows the monk to have power unlike anyone else. the ability is called natural talent and if nothing is equipped including armor and weapons then the physical attack is immense mine is 654 right now

    ...I beat them just fine, I didn't need your guys' imput, I was merely pointing out that the boss looked like Mother Brain from Metroid. Besides, I was getting JP in other jobs for support abilities and whatnot. My current setup is Tiz as a pirate with Swordsmaster, Agnès as a white mage with Thief, Ringabel as Ninja with Freelancer (quick examination...) and Edea as a Black Mage with Hunter(?)
