Take the Princess Ruto to the upper floor, then enter the north door inside the "pit room" (you've met her here for the first time). Go to the far east door and stand with the princess on the yellow switch. Enter the room and defeat enemies in order to get the Boomerang.

Exit, Go to the opposite side and place Ruto on the blue switch. Enter, destroy the tentacle with the Boomerang and get the Map. Leave, pick the princess and check other rooms. Destroy the bubbles (for the Compass) and other tentacles. After that, go back to the "pit room", go to the right wall and fall through the pit. Destroy 2 Gold Skulltulas and go through the nearest door.
