After playing both the 3DS and Wii U version of SSB4, I'm so very very glad that Marth has barely changed and his air game is still amazing, y'know, for those worried.

    Lucina wasn't playable when I played it, but from what I've heard, she's a slightly shorter Marth with damaged throughout the blade as opposed to concentrated at the tip. Same aerial moves though, from her trailer.

    Is that so? Does his neutral-air attack auto-cancel based on the build? And has his sword-range shortened?

    His range is the same, nair is fine, but I think his fair has more landing lag.

    That can be a bit of a problem, especially when on platforms. Hopefully the final build will remedy landing lags somewhat. Is the color outline on Marth's tip helpful at all?

    Actually yes!! I'm usually terrible with spacing so this helped me out. The 3DS version is weird though, because you couldn't change the controls (tap jump, ugh) and L and R are set to Grab and Shield, respectively. I hope there's a controls option like in SSBB.

    Great to hear that tipper is easier to see. Can't wait to try him out then. And I usually like to tap jump, at least during skirmishes so that won't be an issue for me.
