    If a crew member dot is spotted on radar, grab it and complete the mission. If not, restart the mission, do not complete it.

    I know how to find them I just rarely see them on missions. Is there a specific mission level that they show up more commonly on?

    if you go to subs and press crew they will tell witch missions they're on
