    NO. I HAAAATE NARUTO, AND NARUTO CHARACTERS DON'T EVEN HAVE A CHANCE OF BEING IN THE GAME DUE TO COPYRIGHTS. AESTHETICALLY, HIS PERSONA DOESN'T MESH WELL ANYWAY.

    They didn't originate in video games. For a character to be in Super Smash Bros, they have to originate in a video game. Naruto did not, so he won't be in.
