I went to pay off my pre-order for Mario 3D, & someone was coming in to replace a PS4 disc for the 3rd time. #PS4ProbelmsAreReal.

    probably the hardware. that's pretty much astronomical to have 2 broken discs in a row.

    I've only had a damaged disc once in my gaming career, & the replacement was fine.

    I don't remember ever having a damaged disc. But I've had a handful of carts die. Banjo Tooie, Mario 64 etc. Pins are clean and everything, but they just don't work anymore sadly.
