Oh, and dungeons are defeated in less than ten minutes? Thank heavens, I always hate it when you buy a game and all of a sudden you have to PLAY IT. Thanks ALBW, you saved me alot of pesky play time.

  • It's taking me longer. And at least we can expect ridiculously long dungeons in Zelda for Wii U.

  • Don't get me wrong, I'm having fun. I just feel that things in a Zelda game that MAKE it a Zelda game are being removed for being "irritating".

    Yeahs0
  • And it's like, "Oh yeah, nothing worse than IMMERSION and a real sense of achievement" And I can't help but wonder, what have game devs lost touch of that make them DO these things?

    Yeahs0
  • Yet, I feel that for the first time in a long time, they've done away with hand-holding. There's no guide telling you the obvious anymore.

    Yeahs0
  • But I agree, Zelda U had better be a true epic, memorable beyond compare. Rough dungeons and heartfelt cinematics. And I swear to heaven above, if they unearth Toon Link again I'm done...

    Yeahs0
  • No, I'm sure they're going with a different art style.

    Yeahs0
  • Cinematics are okay, but dungeons and game mechanics is what I really look for. I hope the world is huge, and the game is long.

    Yeahs0
  • That could be. Something else I've started to realize is that the games may not be TOO EASY, it may be that I've been playing LoZ since the first and I'm just too familar with how they're played.

  • Oh my god, I know. Twilight Princess' Hyrule was so HUGE and I loved it. And I said to myself that if they can make Hyrule as big as Skyrim, in the Zelda game, I will be in HEAVEN.

    Yeahs0
  • Yeah, me too. Twi Pri Hyrule Field was big, but it was also empty. In Skyrim, you could find a dungeon every square mile of the land.

    Yeahs0
  • Yeah, but I think, with the Wii U somewhat attempting to cater to the hard core (to their own misfortune, I'm sure), they might make this one a tad more difficult.

    Yeahs0
  • True, True. They could also add more to Hyrule field.

    Yeahs0
  • They had better. I'm not 3 anymore and I couldn't beat those 8- bit nightmares ANYWAY, back then. So, now that I'm older and CAN process puzzles and combat strategy, why not let let me DO that!?

    Yeahs0
  • What they need to do, is instead of adding a "hero mode," where it just makes combat a little harder, they should have a post-game extra dungeon that is super hard to complete.

    Yeahs0
  • If Zelda were ever to partake in DLC, that would be the perfect way to do it.

    Yeahs0
