    The 3DS one be in 3D but act likes a sidescroller Metroid and the Wii U one can be like the Prime games with a in depth story.

    well they where able to make a 3D metroid for the DS before the DS lite so they should be able to make a full 3D game for the 3DS when the 3DS has 3 different models.

    Other M was not only a husk of a Metroid game but it also sold quite poorly. I think Ninty are gonna give the series a break for a bit. I'd love to see the Prime series in HD though.
