    since u have already tried to restart your system and done the system format then your only option would be to get a new system.

    but there is a way to transfer your data just get a sd card put all of your saved game data on it and when u get the new system u can just pop in the card and go from where u left off last

    well guess what you were eczactly right i deleted it and my system work like new again! it even get to miiverse and eshop quicker thanks your tips rock. you should work for nintendo tech support.
