yes, but being fairy takes out two and replaces them with less common move types.

actually fairy is weak to poison.

Lets not forget about Pixilate, Hyper Beam may have been unreliable but now as a fairy type move with stab and 33% boost coming off a monstrous sp.attack stat just wrecks anything that doesn't resist.
