Question

Please guys I'm on my pc writing this. My gamepad wont turn on charge and do anything just a blank screen. I've tried to take the battry out for 10 secs nothing. Tried sync nothing please help please

    if it wont charge at all you probably need a new battery if that dont work then you need a new game pad :\

    yea that would be the best thing to ask them. if you have any kind of warranty on your wii u they might be able to just replace it for you

    It could also be the charger that's broken. Inspect the cables. Do you have pets? Cats are cable killers.

    yeah mine did that two weeks after i got the system so i had to call nintendo and send my game pad to them to get fixed

    WELL its ok now now amazon are replacing my whole wii u however is there a way of putting the memory of this one to the next one. Ive got so many saved files on games and my mii would be lost there m

    You can copy saves to USB, but I'm not sure they'll work on another Wii U. Oh and have you bought anything from the eShop? That will be gone also. Ninty can transfer everything to a new WiiU...

    I don't really understand why you want to replace a perfectly fine Wii U anyway if it's just the gamepad that has a problem. Just send the pad to Ninty and let them handle that.
