    Be in a game and go to Miiverse once ur in the area you want to take the screenshot of. When you are posting something, there's a picture icon in the top right corner. Tap that and there u go.

    Similarly to how it's done in the Wii U, during gameplay on the 3ds press the home button, go to miiverse and the option should be there when you mele a post.
