    Guys you have no knowledge of the software. Gen I and II cannot connect to anything else because Pokémon were programed so differently

    *hardware I mean. They have to tamper with the game for it to connect to something else ESPECIALLY ONLINE. Online with Gen I-III games would be a nightmare creating

    Okay well the gen 1&2 games is true, they would need A LOT more then a little work, they used a completely different coding language for GBA & that's why they were never able to connect to later gen's

    they had placed metroid fusion [ a gba game] on a program when the 3ds came out and it played just fine so they can do they same with pokemon

    Just because they were willing to re-program one game from scratch doesn't mean they will do another... Pokemon is bigger than almost any other games made by nintendo. Other than the old final fantasy

    Yeah actually I do know that, But again Pokemon is a huge game to remake. & the GBA games they released for the ambassador program DO NOT connect to eachother or the internet in ANY way.
