    1. flareon has a better attack 2. who cares about flareons attack because he can learn like maybe 3 physical attack moves and besides eeveelutions are always special types so their physical doesnt-

    -matter as much as their special atk and i would say that flareon is better than leafeon because grass is weak 2 fire
