    Many people don't like it much mainly for two reasons:1- It's just TOO easy to beat, and 2- It's almost as dark as Majora's Mask, and unfortunately people don't seem to like dark themed Zelda games :/

    Darkest LoZ game is Majora's Mask. It's the black sheep of the Zelda family, kind of closely tied with Adventure of Link in that regard, but is by far the darkest.

    I highly agree with Jollo v2. MM is in fact the darkest zelda game to date. Such a shame that it's so unerrated :/

    Yeah. Twilight Princess was to make fans happy by taking a darker tone like Majoras Mask and gameplay like Ocarina. The thing that made those games great is because no Zelda game tried those things.

    MM can count as a sequel since it's the same Link, continued. Heck, there are sequels in the movie industry that don't use the same characters (i.e., Home Alone series.) So it vaguely depends on how
