run into him 10 times then go to sea spirit den and you catch him there

you have to look for him in the dex and see his location encounter him 10 or 11 times then he will be in sea spirits den waiting for you then catch him

Try shadow tag or arena trap ability, or just meet it a bunch of times till it stops at that island in front of where u get ampharosite

You have to encounter it 12 times, then go to the sea spirits den to catch it! (Hope you saved your master ball! I used mine on Xerneas... ^^;)

go to sea spirits den (in azure bay) after meeting it a few times, it'll be there in the middle of the cave (swoops down to meet you), friendly tip: save before going into battle

You need to hunt it down a few more times using tge Pokédex. After about a dozen encounters, it'll end up at the Sea Spirit's Den where it won't run away and you can try to catch it.

you must meet it ×10 and whe you meet it 10 you must go to the see north-west. And you can figt withe it. I think that's helped you
