Cinccino is an amazing pokemon with skill link/technician. I would recomend jolly with wide lens, and perfect att + speed IVs, and max EVs.

    cloyster is surprisingly fragile (being ice, and all), and shell smash is extremely risky. That's a nice stratagy though.
