Es una regla que se debe seguir para evitar sorpresas como lo que paso con pasarcatas, lo bueno que nintendo con las ID les permite tener mas control y asi solo restringir al usuario infractor, saludo

THIS SUCKS. WHY HAVE FRIEND CODES IF WE CAN'T EXCHANGE THEM ON MIIVERSE?!?!? its hard to make friends without exchanging fc's cuz not everybody i know has a 3ds. This is lame! -_-
well you think about the kids which is nice but 8 year olds aren't the only age group on miiverse. at least restrict this for people under 13 instead of giving everyone the punishment

If I sent a message to someone on my Wii U Friends List, giving him my Friend Code so I could add him to my Nintendo 3DS Friends List as well, would that still be against the rules?

I understand protecting the children, but now that swapnote is dead the creeps can't do anything, so why ban codes? The only reason I even use this service is for friend codes.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Nintendo and prefer them out of everything else but they are going overboard with all of these restrictions just to cater towards kids...this is why we have parental controls..
How about giving us streetpasses of the people in the Miiverse community. Or create a NintendoZone portal so kids dont have to beg to go to McDonalds ..... any Yeas?
Kind of hampers on the player connectivity that GameFreak wants for Pokemon X/Y. People will just exchange their friend codes elsewhere, including kids. Its not Nintendo's responsibility to be parents
This makes little sense. Miiverse is Nintendo's social network, and the whole point of one is to connect with other people making friends. That is community. FC restriction contradicts this.
Don't worry Nintendo. I understand. It's all about user protection. I don't blame you. But could somone tell me when flipnote 3D will be released to North America. I've been waiting sense May. ;(
I agree nintendo need to listen to there fans if not then see all people not buy anything wi-fi related to deal with friend code. They need to think up a friend request button in 3ds miiverse.
They ALREADY took out friend request and PM for Miiverse which is on the Wii U version...it's not like friend codes is gonna give out my whole bio, birth date, social security number and so on..
Nintendo, please give us some way to talk to our FC Friends. Some of us are NOT little kids, and we would like a way to talk to our friends without your silly restrictions.

Nintendo should disable streetpass. To use it you have to be outside your house, and leaving your house is dangerous. It's Nintendo's fault if someone goes outside and something happens.
This is ridiculous, as a 22 year old i find nintendo to be devolving instead of evolving. If this idiotic decision making keeps up, PSP will win the mature audience and handheld race for sure.
You guys do realize that Nintendo does not look at our friend messages? Because of that, that's where you exchange them. It makes so much more sense for friends on the friend list to exchange codes...
I just have to thank the idiots out there who think it is fun to ruin a nice service like swapnote! You people almost ruined Flipnote 3D. I almost thought they were going to cancel it.
The friend feature is pretty much useless anyways..can't message friends..Nintendo stop trying to take out all means of communication from us a grow a pair...its not your job to protect children
hmmm...on 1 point, nintendo is suppose to be the safe guys, when compared to microsoft and sony...on another point, pokemon x and y have some functions dependent on fc's. oh so many points to cover...
Parents are the ones responsible for their children's online interactions, not Nintendo. They shouldn't have to restrict others because parents won't do their jobs.
All these people crying should just get over it. We all know the friend system of the Wii U will be on 3DS eventually, and even then you can just "follow" each other so you can keep up with posts.
Honestly, I cannot see a reason as to why exchanging Friend Codes is prohibited. It essentially defeats the purpose of having friends on Miiverse, and besides, people will find a way around this.(1/2)
