    100% all worlds, then 100% mario galaxy world. That unlocks Toad world.Im not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I grabbed the top of every goal post, and never used the super racoon suit.

    ps. do you know where the stamp is in sprawling savana?! i've ground pounded every hill ( which just releases coins ) and caught all the bunnies, and i still cant find it!
