    It is because once someone rolls a Number, No one else can get that same number, So to increase your chances of getting the highest, Hitting the Dice as Fast as Possible is the Best way to get First.

    Example if everyone else goes first and get 3,4,5... then that leaves you 1,2,6 so 33% chance to go first and 67% chance to go Last. If you go First, Your Chances are anywhere from 40% to 80% chance.
