    Okay so just after the checkpoint there is the clear pipe. Go through it. When you come out, jump onto the pipe to the part it goes up. (i recommend cat suit) The stamp will be up there.

    Also for my previous comment, (Ran out of space.) if you can't reach, try doing 2player and jumping on their head or use like a propeller block head thingy-ma-bob. Hope this helped! :D
