    I actually like this game because it actually challenged me, but there are definitely flaws that need to be hammered out. The camera in the 3d sections and the new triple homing attack need fixing.

    I liked everything about the 3DS version except any stage that had Gray Quake. Every one of those levels I hated, whether it be for the sand worms, the Gray Quake, or THAT FREAKIN' SNOWBALL.

    Put those three things aside, though, and you have an amazing game. I'd put this at the #3 spot on my favorite Sonic games list but those three levels are so poorly designed that I'm putting it at #4.

    Personally, this is the first time the 3DS version was better than the console version. The Wii U's controls were OK, but could feel a bit sloppy at times. I really enjoy the DLC levels, though.

    While we're on the topic of version difference, one reason I like the 3DS versions of Sonic games is because the console versions have a lack of Special Stages nowadays.

    Lost World's Special Stages were still pretty fun. Though I'm talking about Generations's Special Stage, or should I say Sonic Heroes? ...and Colors's Special Stage, because Colors was just perfect.

    It's a tie. The Wii version has slightly better graphics, more Wisps, better cutscenes, better level design... but the DS version holds a very solid #2 on my most nostalgic games list.
