    remember where lord jabu used to be? you have to go there, jump across a bunch of ice floats, go into the cave, somewhere in that cave is a chest containing the iron boots.

    Ice Cavern in Zora's Fountain. Same place where Lord Jabu Jabu was. Jump on the frozen platforms and head to the cave.
