    The easiest way to get plates is to fight G rank Rathalos (That's just me though XD they are pretty frequent in that rank) or using VE Gold tickets. To get those easy, just hunt with friends a lot.

    Use the wii U (if you have it, buy it if you don't) packet relay tool application, and get a LAN adapter. You'll be able to play with other hunters that way.
