    mh3u came out for the 3ds before the wiiu version. it hadn't been intended to be made an online game, focusing more on the 3ds' streetpass feature -- my 3ds gets a couple cards a day!

    it wasn't until the wiiu version that they even thought about making mh3u into an online game. long story short, the game cards didn't have the built-in capacity for online play.

    so by this point there's really nothing capcom can do, the copies of 3ds mh3u have already been sent out into the world. should they collect every last copy to improve something they've already sold?
