    sounds like you might need to go back and upgrade you weapons. if i recall, avoid water element with him.

    Yea I saw on Kiranico he is suffers more against fire. Kinda hard getting a fire type weapon though. The only one I see that can be made right now was a bow but I'm more of a close combat type

    i believe there is a long sword and duel daggers that can be made with fire. do you have access to either rathian or rathalos yet?

    Peco weapons are fire too. Duramboros also takes a lot of damage from poison.

    rathalos can be fought at HR2 missions at guild missions. thunder weapons help alot killing them.

    It also helps to capture the monster. When it's limping, trap it and throw a couple tranqs.
