    That's the thing. It just doesn't work. A yellow reticle pops up but that's it. I pressed the jump button over and over again but nothing.

    try jumping(double jumping works for me) around quickly until the picture happens.For maximum damage try a lvl.3 homing attack when he's down after the first attack

    I figured it out. I was doing it wrong. I did't know I had to target all his limbs at the same time. Thanks for the ideas though.
