    I don't know, wouldn't you waste time running to get the first bomb flower in the next battle? In that case, you get the small chest.

    Intersting notion, two questions on that theory. Pretty sure the small chest is not always bombs, could be wrong. Also I'd be curious which wastes more time, the flower or the chest. Haven't worked on

    Cool to know, on my meager number of attempts just to get under 10min as a start on the gauntlet I found the later chests were random so I just started skipping all of them ...

    I would however still question the relative time wasted by each option, no chest w/ 1st flower or bomb chest. :)

    You can skip the chests for the rest of the gauntlet unless you want more hearts.

    That I totally agree with Justin! Trying to hit the jackpot w/ a Giant's Knife is not worth it. Gauntlet WR is 5:4x.xx, don't remember the exact high five forties time ...
