    Go to the island North-West of Outset island. Use hookshot from Wind Temple to get on. Inside you'll find a chart about the Ghost Ship. How to use it: Next comment.

    How to use Chart: Look at the moon picture that's glowing and look at the island picture the moon picture is with. Go to the island and you should see the Ghost ship. Hope this helped your question!
