    Use the bottle to pour water on a dead bomb flower on the ledge, then use that bomb to blow up the large boulder. Water will flood the place so you can swim across.

    This is the place, but I'm further along, so it looks a bit different for me than it does for you. There will be a large boulder before you that you throw a bomb at to release the water.

    You need to bomb the other statue too. It may take a few tries to get the bomb in. If you haven't already, try adjusting the camera to get a better view. That should help a bit.
