    There are two parts to it: unity level and guild card color. You get unity by doing quests with people you have guild cards with. Every 25 unity you get a metal ticket from the guild master...

    It rotates bronze>silver>gold>cosmic>bronze, but is capped by your guild card color. If your color is only high enough to get you silver then it will be bronze>silver>bronze.

    Higher level quests give more points towards unity. your guild card color is based on the number of unique quests you've done. Doing one quest 50 times doesn't help, doing two quests...

    All that mentioned above. My advice is before departing on a hunt with others, send them your guild card. New hunter comes in, after he/she signs up for the quest, send them your guild card.

    Reached the 100 max amount of guild cards? Delete old ones or those of people who you know you haven't hunted with and do it again. It may sound tedious, but those cosmic ve tickets can be worth it.
