when will ppl learn, honed blade does NOT beat sharpness+1/challenger+2 combo,specially if weapons raw meets a certain value. ppl need to stop getting a brown nose from A.laggi.

    for GS snipers and SA with power phial, honed blade is a huge boost. Honed blade does not need to be activated and gives you constant damage on all your attacks.

    challenger is activated when a monster enters rage, which is the state theyr in the most. also the boost to attack from challenger+2 is biggger than AuL, test it yourself PLUS the boost from

    challenger stacks with AuL and critical eye. for example: my set is sharpness+1 challenger+2 & critical eye+3, normally is just sharpness and 30% affinity,but when monster enters rage i get 20% extra

    affinity, pretty much critical eye+5, i havent tested thhe stacking with challenger+2 and AuL but im sure it does too.

    not all weapons benefits from crit, affinity is 25% additional damage, the numbers you see are the chance to do crit. elem does not crit, but sharpness+1 has an effect on elems.

    i use that set for LS and SA i play on 3ds solomso mostly brachy weapons to speed things up in G rank. i also use anything above the requireed raw for critical eye to beat AuL which is like 859 for

    LS & like 1250 for SA or 377 for DS. i dont remember the numbers but somewhere around that. and theres also my grongigas set: sharpness+1,awaken,bombardier,critical eye+1,challlenger+2.
