warp to mother n child iles get fire n ice arrows then shoot a fire arrow at the top of the ice iles! your timed to go in then get out before it freezes again!

1.go to mother and child isles. 2.go into the cyclone and shoot the purple guy with arrows.then, learn the 'ballad of gales', so you warp yourself inside of that big rock.
