    Both? There should be 5 Urgent quests before village high rank. If you mean event quests, then you should've been ready for high rank Port quests ages ago.

    Moga Village only has low and high rank quests. The last two urgent quests have monsters with G-rank strength, but they're still listed as high-rank quests.

    G rank quests are only in Port Tanzia. They start at HR6.

    Why should there be G rank village quests? If you want G rank quests, just go to Tanzia Port and reach HR6. You can do the Tanzia quests offline solo if you have to.

    By easier, you mean that monsters do a little less damage and have a little less HP. If you're getting screwed over instantly, the debuff won't matter.
