You know, I wonder if the monsters we hunt down have their own guilds or something like that. It would explain why EVERYTHING goes after the hunters, rather than the other monsters in the area.

    It would explain why a deviljho and a nargacuga decided to double team me I hope I was a G ranked Quest, and not a beginner mission.....

    It's because you are a hunter, the biggest threat of the monsters (even bigger than Deviljho, I mean most hunters kill about 30 Rathians just for an armor and a wespon)

    Oh, they attack each other too. I once saw a Jaggi kill a Nibelsnarf (after I'd weakened it, of course). They just tend to focus on the hunters.
