Anyone know the best time to switch jobs? Each of my party members are Lv. 3 freelancers. Should I just not worry about the abilities for that job?

    Honestly, Freelancer seems kinda pointless to level until you master other jobs. Get the skills from Freelancer you want, then switch.

    I try to max out the jobs including the freelancer but that's just me. The treat ability is useful since you can heal without MP cost.
