    To be honest the demo was a pretty poor representation of the main game. It made everything seem much more dull and complicated than it really is. The full game explains things much better.

    The demo was kinda ... directionless. The only rpgs I've played in a while are Pokemon & Marios. I'm hesitant to start a for real, long Rpg.

    Fair enough, the demo wasn't even really related to the story (not really, anyway), it was more like "here's some random side quests, do that for a bit".

    If it helps the actual game feels kind of like an old-school Final Fantasy, both in gameplay and story. It's an old fashioned "fix these crystals and save the world" deal. I like it, personally.

    That Is one of the things I like about it. I love FF6 (3) on snes! I was thinking about LastStory for Wii too. But its weird 3D combat scared me off.

    I've only played FF7 and 9, myself, I'm usually more into the Mario RPGs. I've been meaning to try Xenoblade Chronicles, I'm told that has an interesting battle system.
