once you hit ch2 you well encounter a mushrooms Myconid. the point is not to kill it until it spore another myconid.the more you kill the more exp,job point you get.

    And don't forget about pg. Also if you want a challenge there's the scorpions that uses pheremones, but I'm not sure how much they give.
