There should be a penalty for people who shoot allies and allied CPUs and Supply ships. I hate it.

    I know, I know. But, if no enemies are around, it's just you and an ally,they think you're hostile. Issue mostly with Lvl 1, 2, 3, and 4. That happens to me probably 70-80% of the time allies shoot me

    I meant penalize people who repeatedly fire on allies. It'll give warnings if you accidentally hit one.
