    It wants you to use bravely second. Press start anytime during battle to freeze time. Only if you have at least 1 SP

    ok, go in a battle and hit "start". then come back.

    Ha! Duh, that was easy! I was actually looking for a "start" option in the battle menu. I didn't even think of pushing the "start" button!
