    Agnès should stay your magic user and healer. Always have her healing your team to the fullest HP instead of focusing on attacking.

    Agnes is my summoner with b/w secondary. And Ringabell is my white mage. They just all seem to target her right before they die.

    Edea has the highest HP and Attack. Tiz is good all around. Ringabel is the fastest. Agnès is good with anything magic. Try building around that. Sorry that I couldn't help more.
