Question

I've used Brave 20 times in one battle, with on character, 20+ overall, and I have level 3 special shop… how do I get Hack & Slash? (use spoiler tags to respect others.)

    Not sure what you're doing, but don't switch weapons while you're building your brave count. It also tells you what you need to do in the special menu.
