I've noticed that bosses so far (Im at the wind crystal) seem to hurt much more with their group cast than single targets? Orthros nearly wipes my team with Hellfire blast. How do i defend this?

    I have enough physical defence, so i just hope that they dont use magic, because i cant get much magic resist. This is my team, help is appriciated

    just fought him, but i beat him kinda easy. whole party was lv23 & job lv05. Had Theif, White Mage, Knight, & Black Mage. using fire/ice on the heads that are weak to it, makes there aura go out &

    I just beat him using battle items bomb fragment and antarctic wind from norende's gifts. Abate fire and water support abilities too.

    shell barely helps my cause, since the boss never defaults, i get killed by the time i get one down. as a level 15, do i need to grind? if so, how?

    i actually did the side quest up to obtaining the Thief & Merchant jobs before this. enemies of the side quest were a bit tougher so i grinded along the way...
