    are you on hard mode? i find normal mode too easy. maybe im just not that far into the game yet (Florem). the demo was a lot harder.

    no grinding... just thoroughly going through dungeons... i always just brave 4 times at start of all battles for all my guys and it'll kill anything in one turn really...

    lol not sure i can recommend anything good! i am experimenting myself. perhaps the advantage i have is developing Norende pretty far and getting reallt good gears like Red Cap and Angel Bow.
