    He was pretty easy for me, at lv 45. I just kept having a valkyrie jump at him, using all my specials. If you can't beat him, then you need to level up more. Also using a different job set that works.

    Poison resist. Dispel for his regen. Dark Breath is uncounterable besides provoking him to a Valkyrie's Spirit Barrier.
