    I guess I'm just a loyal Nintendo fan. I don't like the idea of having disparate cosnsole and portable devices though. Not that Microsoft makes a portable, but you know.

    Yes, that's some kind of a spinoff, I guess. It does look good. But Nintendo's working on an all-new Zelda U title. I really think it's going to be a dark Zelda akin to Majora's Mask or Twilight

    I never was really into Mario either because it didn't really appeal to me, but after I tried it, there was no going back. They're just some of the most fun games I've ever played.

    Right now I'm playing Super Mario 3D Land on 3DS. It's stellar. That's a great starting point if you want to try out a Mario platformer. Check it out.

    I'll look into that. I've played Mario aplenty, though I've only bothered to beat one. Some DS game. Mario Party, I think. I've beat Luigi's Mansion, if that counts, back in ye olden days of Game.

    Yeah, Mario Party games are kind of hit-and-miss. Some of them suck, but the good ones are really only fun with other people, hence a party. One thing I can't do is the 2D Mario side scrollers.
