    Well - I see a class that wasn't available in the demo. Were all of the demo classes early unlocks?

    No not at all. In fact I'm halfway past level 50 and still don't have the Ninja or Swordmaster classes. Each class is unlocked by fighting a boss of that class so some don't come until much later
