It goes up to level 6... however, I have never personally seen a level 6 spell yet... and I am in really late chapter 6... I cant remember you unlock it at...

... I don't know... however, chapters 5 and 6 are almost identacle to each other in terms of what you are doing... unfortuanetly... even the bosses in those chapters are the same... however, chapter 6

Adding a few additional details, Level 6 Magic is unlocked in Grandship's shops after Ch5. Also, theres 8 chapters, and 2 ending routes, both can be done in one playthrough.

Oh, and ALL lv6 magic (Time,Black,White) are available in that store on Grandship in Ch.5, forgot to mention that. Also, the support abilities for lv6 magic come around job lvs 12-14.

About the endings routes, the alt is obtained by destroying a Crystal in Ch.5-8, the true one is obtained by playing through all chapters. Once you beat one. the game saves, and sends you back to-

The chapter you broke the Crystal in if you chose the alt. You'll be sent back to Ch8 if you chose the true path, so you can get both endings.Alt is recommended to do after Ch6, it'll make more sense.
